Hello,Our students (Algerian citizens) unfortunately cannot return to their home country due to COVID-19, because the borders are still closed since March 2020

What does residence rights for red list countries when they enter to the UK (You cannot travel to the UK if you’ve been in a red list country in the previous 10 days unless you’re: a British national, an Irish nationalanyone with residence rights in the UK)So should we understand that 6 and 11 months of language students CAN NOT travel to the UK now?
